This role?
It’s anything but ordinary. Far from the humdrum of filing and admin, you’ll dive into the heart of our business, shaping the journey of our clients and prospects and being the friendly voice they hear on the phone or the welcoming face they see in our showroom. Don’t fret about product know-how; we’re all about the right vibe, a can-do spirit, and a perfect team fit – we’ll fill you in on all the product details.
In our small team…
…everyone shines bright, pouring their all (and then some!) into their work. You’ll be the go-to person, following up on enquiries, managing quotes, and ensuring our post-visit impressions are just as stellar as the first. A dab hand with the usual tech suspects like Word and Excel is a must, but we’ll get you up to speed with our bespoke CRM and accounting tools. You’ll be the heartbeat of our team, keeping the rhythm going and everyone in sync.

A Golden TicketFor the go-getters, this role is a golden ticket – it’s ripe for evolution, potentially blossoming into a managerial spot where you’ll conjure up new strategies, streamline processes, and maybe even play a part in expanding our team. Your business degree will truly shine here!

A sunny disposition and a knack for engaging with people are essential—you’ll be the maestro of our Broughty Ferry showroom’s harmony, adept at nurturing customer relationships in person and over the phone. Rest easy—this isn’t about sales but stellar service, the cornerstone of our success.

Your role is pivotal—you’re the first impression, the friendly voice that sets the tone for our client’s entire experience. Your knack for conversation and warmth over the phone is integral to our ethos of exceptional service.

We’re all about the details – from keeping our systems in tip-top shape to being well-versed in our luxurious range of window dressings (and yes, we’re the top dogs in shutters and blinds here in Scotland!). Your role is rich and varied, just like our product range.
