We’re a bit different at The Scottish Shutter Company – and proud of it! There are no pushy salespeople here– just a bunch of us who are really into shutters and blinds. We love what we do and are here to share that passion with you, not to take up your time with endless sales pitches.
You’ll find our approach a breath of fresh air. We value your time as much as ours, so we kick things off with a simple request: could you send us some basic measurements of your windows? This way, we can quickly give you an idea of what your new shutters or blinds might cost, usually within a day, without stepping into your home. This means you can think it over without any pressure from us.
No worries if you’re scratching your head over how to measure up! Just call us, and we can guide you through it or set up a chat with one of our experts over the phone or on a video call.
When you’re ready, we’ll pop around to take precise measurements (we’re talking super accurate here because getting it right matters to us). We’ll also discuss all the options, colours, and materials you can choose from. Our goal is to ensure your new shutters or blinds are the perfect fit for your windows and style.
Even if you’ve just given us a width and height, we’ll take many measurements to ensure everything’s spot on. We’ve been known to take over 200 measurements for the trickier windows – yes, we’re that meticulous!
After we’ve gathered all the details, we’ll confirm the final price and specs so you can decide without any fuss.
