Luxaflex TruFit

Clips to the frame. No drilling required.

The Luxaflex TruFit system attaches your blind directly to the window frame with precision clips. The blind moves with the sash, making it the ideal solution for tilt and turn windows and any application where drilling is not an option.

How It Works

The blind becomes part of the window

TruFit uses a set of precision engineered clips that attach to the window frame without screws, adhesive, or any modification to your windows. The blind sits within the glazing bead and moves with the sash when you open, close, tilt, or turn the window.

This means you can ventilate freely without removing or adjusting your blind. Open the window to tilt position and the blind stays perfectly in place. Turn the window fully open and the blind opens with it. There is no gap between the blind and the frame, giving you a clean, seamless appearance from inside and out.

TruFit is available with Duette shades, Pleated blinds, and Venetian blinds, so you can choose the style that suits your room. All options are compatible with the full Luxaflex colour and fabric range.

The Benefits

Why TruFit is different

No Drilling

Clips directly to the window frame with no screws, no adhesive, and no damage. Your windows remain completely untouched.

Moves with the Sash

The blind is fixed to the window, not the wall. Open, close, tilt, or turn the window and the blind follows every movement.

Privacy Control

Lift and lower from the top or bottom to control exactly how much light and privacy you want. Raise the bottom for light while keeping the top closed for privacy, or vice versa.

Thermal Insulation

Choose the Duette option for A++ energy rated honeycomb fabric that traps insulating air between you and the glass. Reduces heat loss and keeps rooms comfortable.

5 Year Luxaflex Promise

Every TruFit blind is covered by the Luxaflex Promise, guaranteeing the product against defects in materials and workmanship for five years.

Luxaflex Gallery Programme

As a Luxaflex Gallery dealer, we supply genuine Hunter Douglas products manufactured to exact specifications. This is not a product available from high street chains.

Blind Styles

Three styles, one system

TruFit works with three different blind styles. Choose the one that suits your room and your preferences.

Duette Shades

Honeycomb cellular fabric for maximum insulation and light control. A++ energy rated. No cord holes, no light bleed. The most popular TruFit option.

Pleated Blinds

A lighter, more affordable option with a wide range of colours and textures. Crisp, clean lines and a slim profile that works well on smaller windows.

Venetian Blinds

Adjustable slats for precise light and privacy control. Tilt the slats to direct light exactly where you want it while maintaining a view through the window.

Ideal For

Where TruFit works best

TruFit is the go to solution for tilt and turn windows, which are now standard in most Scottish new builds. Because the blind clips to the frame and moves with the sash, you never have to remove or adjust it when opening the window.

It is also ideal for conservatories, where drilling into aluminium or PVC frames is often impractical or undesirable. The clip system holds firmly without any modification to the frame.

Any situation where you want a frameless, seamless look without visible brackets or fixings is a natural fit for TruFit. The blind sits flush within the glazing bead, giving a clean, integrated appearance that looks like it was designed as part of the window.
